Been attempting to get refund since January

The online stores were were relatively inexpensive for a one-time price. I believe they make their money from advertising. I talked to a lot of different people from the company about advertising and I always balked at spending so much money but eventually did give in. I used my home equity and opened a new credit card to get some advertising going and have not made a dime, including TV advertising that was supposed to run at Chrismastime.in January I got a package and, lo and behold, it was someone else's commercial. I called and was told my TV ad never ran. An ad salesman did call very soon after that offering more airtime if I continued with the advertising, but I insisted on getting my money back because the Xmas season had already come and gone. I have been trying to get a refund since then and have never been able to talk to anyone of authority directly because no one's ever available and none of my phone calls were ever returned regarding the refund. I also mailed and faxed a letter in the beginning of February and never received an answer. Then on Friday, 03/28/08, I got another package. Lo and behold, it did contain my commercial. I called the next Monday and explained that they were still in breach of contract and that since I had no confidence in their company, I was not obligated to continue doing business with them and I still want my refund. I was then told that Mike Green would be calling me. I have not received a phone call from him in the last 2 weeks. I called again over 2 hours ago and was told by the front desk that he was out to lunch. I have not received a phone call from him yet. I have emailed a couple of attorneys (one in Phoenix) about this, but so far no one seems that interested.in doing a Google search, I also found that they were recently issued a Cease and Desist Order by the State of Illinois and cannot do business in that state. I'd like to do the same in California. I'd also like to know if anyone has actually made any income with this company.
