Brad Sugarman Guaranteed leads however customers said they didn't agree to appointments, IDAHO, Beverly Hills & Los Angeles California

Internet & Web

They contacted me about a lead program. Wanted to sell 25 leads but I wouldn't agree to that many and we settled on 10 plus 2 as a bonus for $750.00. The guarantee was if I didn't sit down with a client for a presentation, they would replace it at no charge, or if they didn't live up to their guaranteed they would refund half of the money for the unused leads. I only got to sit down with 2 out of approx. 26 appointments. The 24 who I didn't get to sit down with said they never agree to an appointment, or said the caller would say 'Are you going to be home tomorrow at 11:00 for deliver of some important insurance papers', several said they told the caller they were not interested and hung up.

One supposedly appointment called the police and then had her grandson there because she was scared because the caller was rude and vague on what the appointment was about. I spent more time talking on the phone with the irate people about these appointments and how rude and vague the appointment setters were.

Called AMS to talk with Brad Sugarman and got some idiot and I said I wanted to exercise my option of cancelling and refund and asked them for the return of 50% of my money. He said I had 26 appointments and no refund. I told him I only got to set down with 2 and the rest of them denied any appointment at all. He said 'Well, you will just have to sue me', and hung up. Now they will not even answer the phone. I will be filing a report with the Kansas Insurance Department about this ripoff company.
