Business & Finance

It is basically the same as shown on Report #364045. I called to purchase leads and gave $660. I had to pay extra if I wanted them to asked addtional qualifying questions pertaining to medicaid eligibility and health status. Which I don't think they were asked because what I found on the first day. On the first day that I received my appointments I had two appointments at the same time and one appointment that had a 1 1/2 hour drive in both directions. This put a restraint on the time I would be able to spend time with each appointment.

Well it worked out because the first appointment already had the plan I was trying to sell and it was a new plan, the next appointment didn't remember ever making an appointment. I finished early and went on to travel the long drive. When I got there it was a no show appointment. I left a message to call me back. Her friend called me back and asked my what kind of company I was associated with. She told me that her friend was harassed into this appointment. When I got back to my office I called Jennifer, the manager of quality control, who I spoke to that morning about my tight appointments. She was out of the office and I spoke with another person about this problem. She became defensive and told me that I need to be nice to her (yes I was a little upset but she kept on telling me that I was lying). She hung up on me. I called again and got another person. She was a bit more patient but she defended the telemarketer saying that nobody there has ever harrassed a person into an appointment. Despite this conversation, I believe that the woman who I had the appointment with is telling the truth about being harrassed.

I really do not like this company. Do not associate with this company. Something has to be done about this company because they feel they can get away with everything. Giving me credit for my missed appointments that were booked at the same time is not what I wanted. It would be another set of useless appointments to deal with. I was stressed the whole day trying to make each appointment. Then I was stilled asked why I didn't finished my appointments. They have a rule not to confirm appointments or the contract is voided. And this is what I tried not to do - telling them I was running late. I would like to complain to CMS about this if this story about the lady being harrassed into this appointment is true. Maybe this will shut them down.
