Has Not shipped my item, does not return emails, phone goes to someone named "Alice", 5% cancellation fee

I ordered a throttle body spacer from this company about 2 weeks ago. It was 95 dollars everything included. They sent me an invoice and another email saying they recieved my order. They said it should be shipped on the same day, infact right on the home page and the "about Us' page it says they pride themselves with either same day or very next day shipping. Then the shipping chart says it should take 4 days to reach me in New York. So I gave them a week to get it too me which is a day or two more than the max it should take... No throttlebody spacer... So I wait a couple more days... Still nothing.

So I went online to the website and clicked on the track order button, put in my info... Nothing comes up... It says: "Enter the Reference Number to track and qualifiers to narrow the search. When complete select the Track button." each time. So I emailed them to see if they could just tell me where it was. Two days later still no response from the email. So I uesed their "ezchat" service to try and talk to someone personally about it... The window comes up and says Beginning Session: Thank you for waiting. A representative will join you shortly... An hour and a half later... Still no representative. I Tried it again the next day and today, same thing. I wrote another email... Still nothing.

I decided to call them up. So I dial the number that is supposed to be the customer support number. It rings a few times and them says, " You have been forwarded to an automated messaging system... Alice (in a weird sounding womans voice) is not available, please leave a message." What the hell? Why would it say Alice? So I double checked the number and it was exactly right. And to top it all off, I went to "cancel order" and there is a 5% cancellation fee... Is it me or is that illegal? I don't know... I mean I've heard of restocking fees and things like that, but this item hasn't even left a warehouse or store or where ever it comes from. Also it says that it takes 5-7 to process a cancellation, and another 5-7 for it to go back to your bank account... I've cancelled things before and this is by far the longest I've ever heard of.

Anyway, theses guys are completely unreliable and don't deserve anyones money. Do not buy anything from them, you won't get anything but more fees and no responses to your emails. I am going to make a website dedicated to how horrible RPM outlet is, but I will also add others and possibly lead people to rip off report to help.
