Want to cancell after 1 day and they refuse refunds

I signed up to get a web site built and they tooka $917.00 deposit. The next day i changed my mind about doing a sit at that moment and told them that i wanted to cancell and maybe down the road do something and they
told me no you cant cancell. They lied about how long there in business and had problems with the server they used. Dont use them, if someone cant refund your money after less than 24 hours after you sign up, then there a scam!
