Over payment of account

I recently started on line bank. Being new for this i created a horrible mistake! I believed i had been paying my credit card acct. $5400.00, (that will be the lender just beneath cavalier telephone co.) alternatively $5,400.00 visited cavalier telephone company. This happened on feb. 12. Present day date march 31. I called and spoke with many administrators, i e mailed backwards and forwards numerous times. They say "it'd be looked after." simply to find time and time again that very little has been done towards getting my money back tome.

My phone bill was $49.99. After i obtained the following statement from cavalier telephone co.

I confirmed a $5,400.00 credit without the $49.49 that i'd already paid. Currently in looking into my account together, they've now taken still another payment of $49.49 from my account. Obviously that's a lot of money for them to be securing to that doesn't participate in them! That i desperatly need! Obviously i can't spend my credit card bill that will be accumulating the intrest. After all of the effort and time i can't get my money back to me where it goes
