Breech of the contract by cherryone

I am a owner of small business. I hired cherryone web design last year to do SEO work on my website according to our contract, cherry one will only billed after my website reach 1st page ranking on the 30 major search engine, cherryone completely fail to do their job and continuously charged my credit card and i have disputed those amount and contact Mr. George who was very unprofessional and denied any assistant to resolve this issue.

Not only that he told me not to contact him at all regarding to this issue but they will continue charge my credit card whether this issue resolve or not what kind of after sales customer service? I still don't get this. They are not only keep charging my credit card but also took off my website completely from world wide web.

In other word they took possession of my website and become the owner of my website and funny thing is that they keep sending me the bill while my website is off from world wide web. I had to call my developer to put back my website site and changed the pass word on my website, And currently my website doesn't contain any work of cherryone and they don't have any logo on my website either.

Cherryone cost me lost of my business for at least 3 months and i try to reach them and they seems to unresponsive to my request. I have exchanged numerous email and communication with them but they all failed. They took initial set up fee and $200.00 each month, for small business owner like me, its bother me. I filed a complain against cherry one with State Department of New York and i have written contract, if any one want to wish to see this please feel free to contact me.
