Jim Elliot, George Lambaris and Kendall Lewis committing credit card fraud

Jim Elliot has already been convicted for fraud as the owner of Cherry Communications. He and George Lambaris run Cherryone Web Design as a front for a credit card scam. Before buying anything on the internet, make sure that the web site was not designed by Cherryone. Not only do they charge client credit cards and not deliver work, they also gather credit card information from client websites then uses the numbers to charge things to consumer credit cards.

I was a web designer for Cherryone and had to go live in a homeless shelter for a while because they did not pay me for two months. They are one of the lousiest companies around.

Kendall Lewis is the son of jazz artist Ramsey Lewis and he is also involved in this. He is also a family friend of presidential candidate Barack Obama. (Obama's campaign knows about the scams this company is pulling and that they tell potential clients that they have a relationship with the Obama for President campaign. They don't seem to have a problem with this.)
