Bills Repeatedly For Services Cancelled In Advance

So far I've been billed and charged (unauthorized both times) on 2 separate occasions for services canceled more than a month before the first invoice arrived.

One of these 2 times, I was charged a bank overdraft fee, because I did not have enough money in my bank account to handle the transaction fees, however - that is because I was not expecting the charge (otherwise I would have funded the account). The bank then reversed the unauthorized fee and I got all my money back.

I then contacted 1and1.com to make sure I would no longer be charged for all of the items I had canceled.

A few days after a number of calls to their offices (billing, and upper-management) - and plenty of headaches later, I was charged for additional services (also unauthorized).

This company is very deceptive. They will straight-up lie to you. You think you clear of nightmares with them... And then all of the sudden BAM! Another pops up!

I advise each and every one of you reading to stay far far away from 1and1.com - they also have at least 1 other known Website address:
