I was told the total cost would be $2.00. My account has been debited $38.00 and $48.00.internet

I underwstood that the only cost for the 4 posters would be $2.00 in shipping and handling. The first debit was for $38.00. Then I received another box of posters and upon checking my account it had been debited another $48.00. I called the company to find out why and was told to send the new box back and my account would be credited the $48.00 but that I could not get a refund on the $38.00. I told them to cancel my monthly "SUBSCRIPTION". I mailed the 2nd box back but I still have not received my refund. I would not suggest the company to anyone-it is a total rip-off!!!
