Rip-off for certain! Evanston IL

I was suckered into the posterpass.com game. I signed up for it thinking it would be great Christmas presents... My daughter is a huge fan of Pirates of the Carribean.

When I searched the internet for "4 posters for $2 each", I was astounded to see all these complaint websites. All complaining of extra charges that they didn't know about.

I called customer service and wanted to cancel my order, however it had already shipped. They did however cancel my "subscription" and send me an email confirming that. To my surprise though, my card was charged $34. The CSR assured me my posters were $2 a piece, however there is a statement that says there is a "handling charge" associated with my order.

Here's the real kicker!!! It is up to the consumer to find out how much the handling charge is! What kind of crap is that? I can get a refund, once they receive my shipment back, however I don't know if it will be a full $34.00 refund or just the $8.00.

I hate that I was suckered into this sort of this. You feel so violated. More people should know about what this website does.
