CLass Action Suit against LLI won - money refunded

For those of you considering putting together a class action law suit against LLI... There is hope.

My mother, who was recruited by Wendy Stevens, was part of a class action lawsuit against LLI in 2005. It took a YEAR to get her money back, but she did. And no, it was not all her money. It was less than half. But she did get some finacial relief.
