Ripoff pre paid but no products ever received proved to seller that products were not coming and yet not willing to fix problem

I purchased the last two cd's of a type of game for my son and after calling amozon themselfs they too told me they have had complaints on this hal and kathy. I kept emailing them finially after days of no responses they finially emailed me back telling me it was on the way I have contacted MI and CA U.S.

Postal services the product is lost and there best guess is if the product is found and that is a big if Wayne in CA stated it would then take four weeks too process too reship back too MI then back too seller then seller would reship and if everything went right then it would reach me in 6 too 12 weeks I emailed hal this afternoon gave him names and all reaccuring emails and phone #'s

He won't refund me and says the waiting time is not out of the question and i should be patient I expained too him my son is ill and was willing in the start of this mess i would pay for overnight delivery. This is a small part and a nice way of saying all that has taken place. I do hope no one ever goes threw this.
