They use existing law to bill you thru your phone company without your notifying or authorizing the phone company.

They can be contacted at 1-800-433-4518. Their mailing address is not in Illinois, but is: Processing Center, P.O. Box 216, Palm Harbor FL 34683.

To get credit for charges on your phone bill, call the above toll-free number and they will credit the last two months. For previous months, you have to write them at the above P.O. Box.
