American eVoice CRAMMED our phone bill, unauthorized fraudulent charges

Our phone bill got CRAMMED by American eVoice as well for unauthorized, fraudulent charges for Voice mail as well. The the third party billing company they used was ILD teleservices. Upon calling ILD, they gave me the name of American eVoice and a contact phone number. 866-576-1876. When calling the number for American eVoice, I spoke with a rude nasty woman that told me that the services were ordered via the internet, under a name of someone that does NOT live here, OR have authorization to put anything on our phone bill. We had gotten numerous telemarketing calls the month prior, most coming out of FLA. (Where these crooks are located) Then these bogus charges showed up on our bill the next month. Apparently they have numerous bogus websites to hook up for FREE GAS and FREE COUPONS, also using more than one P.O. Box and different company names.

I demanded American eVoice cancel this "service" and was told I was issued a credit for the month of Oct, and wanted to know if I wanted them to credit for Nov. Too. I said Yes, I do, I want you to Cancel this service. As of today, our phone bill still has charges on it from ILD for this "service" we did not order OR did not authorize. Although they have been reversed by our phone company. We have reported them to the FTC, the State Atty. General, the FCC, and State Corporation Commission, as well as Verizon. We refuse to pay these fraudulent charges. We have also put a "Cramming Block" on our phone thru our phone company to avoid any more Cramming.

Report this to your local phone company, as well as the FTC, and State Atty Generals Office, and ask your phone company to put a block on third party billing. The FCC won't handle it if it is for Voice Mail. Good luck getting this off your bill.
