Do not order from these crooks dont answer phones take money and dont ship in stock means nothing!

Ordered a jacket from them that said "In Stock, Ready to Ship", so I wanted the jacket before the weekend and it was Tuesday so I put a "Rush Ship" on the item and paid extra.

After getting no confirmation of shipping for 2 days I called, and called, and called. Over 5 hours on hold and after 4 emails to customer service... NOTHING!

In the meantime I did some research to find out that the majority of this companies feedback was negative on Epinions so I started to get upset.

I called and tricked their phone system, said I was interested in buying new products. So after 40 minutes of being on hold I got Jessica. Jessica said I had to wait another 5-10 days for the product, she then told me that the product was in stock, just not in "their stock"! Unbelievable.

Do not buy from these crooks! They are scammers!
