Takes your money, tries to not deliver goods

IGE on their website promise to deliver game coin usually within 12 hours. After 48 hours of non delivery I contacted them and got a clearly generic form E-mail stating delivery delayed up to 48 hours as they were out of goods.

Another 48 hours waited, anpther inquiry got the same form E-mail. Sent them a request to cancel the order and they essentially refused and resent the same form letteE-mail.

This they kept up for better part of two weeks without delivery, then in my final E-mail, Advised them had printed out pages from their website promising the goods in a certain time and was forwarding that to state attorney general along with all their stalling/ignoring letters for cancel/refund.

Coin delivered in game finally three hours later, but it took the threat of legal action via the state attorney general to get them to make good. This is not how to run such a business, they need to be shut down.
