The company left out crucial information needed before transcation was made

I was contacted by this company to start a web based business from my home. I agreed to the transcation. When the company assigned me a coach to help me in designing the advertising I was then told the advertising would be an astronomical amount and separate from the original transaction. I was then insulted by the coach. I found out the hardway that all information was not given to me at the time of the transaction. I am still waiting for my refund of $214.00 I charged to my credit card.
