Unauthorized charge made to banking account nationwide

On 3-7-08 I discovered a pending charge on my bank account for $19.95 from IK9 Privacy Matters wth an 800 number listed. I was astonished because I knew I hadn't ordered anything in a few weeks. I called the number to find out how the charge got on my account and get it cancelled. The customer service rep was helpful and said that the charge would be cancelled in 2 business days with no fuss, but never gave me an explanation of how I got charged in the first place.
My husband checked this site and since the whole episode was so questionable, and we found other reports about the company, we decided to file this report.
