I found 3 fraudulent charges on my bank statement last november, each for $24.95. They do the charges once a month so that probably most people don't even notice until it's been going on a long time, and then they refuse to refund your money and act like they are doing you a favor when they agree to stop charging you. I just found a government site to report them to:

The site is a partnership with the FBI and a white collar crime agency; I made my complaint today (3-04-08), and I let them know about all the complaints on usacomplaints.com.
I will update you all on the results, and urge others to file complaints.
