Fully discribes the stealing from my checking account after several email requests to stop. They promised to return money if I returned the DVD's. I returned the DVD's and after six weeks have heard nothing. I made calls to them. Some of the email addresses no longer work. They have refused to follow through with my requests and keep their promises.
