Scam Flash Class

I had a very unfavorable experience with Abco Technology in Los Angeles. I paid in full for a 4 day level two Flash class. The first instructor knew nothing about flash; he couldn't perform a basic motion tween. Then Fathima Sethi agreed to teach me the class and canceled the class on 4 occasions; her car broke down, her dad was in the hospital, she was in the hospital and then she was sick. She said that she would refund my money in 7 days. After 4 weeks she refunded my money but not the full amount.
