Terrible Service & Outrageous Charges for lack of service

We spend over $200 per month for support, or must I state, lack there of. We'd to update towards the company bundle and needed a brand new plate mounted. We not just needed to purchase the meal, however the installation aswell. A couple of months later, the support went. A specialist was delivered and advised us that people shouldn't be billed for that fix because we just had the meal a couple of months. We were billed $250 and educated that 2 specialists were delivered when just one was delivered and really confirmed. My spouse has been about the telephone for more than 2 hours looking to get solved and never having much success. Hughes is just a COMPLETE PROBLEM!!! There must be regulations against such businesses!
