RIPOFF - still awaiting payment after 6 months

I requested payment of $102.00 on 8-27-07. I also have $157.00 pending in payment from them that have not been "approved". I have completed these offers, and I have yet to receive a deposit into my Paypal account. I have sent numerous e mails, and have received replies from them stating that they need to verify my telephone number. I have explained that I do not answer unknown calls, and let my machine pick those up. And what my telephone number has to do with payment, I have no idea. I have in good faith, completed the offers, and in "good faith" expect to receive payment! Any assistance in getting paid from this ripoff company would be appreciated.
