Ripped me off

I sent these people a few questions before i signed up for the "silver" plan and found out instead of them billing me monthly there was a bill for $124. I got off the phone with a credit card supervisor talking to her about my concern. It has been less than 24hrs and i must have sent them 20 messages and i recieved a standard autoreply form letter. Oddly enough i cann-not find a single e-mail addresse for this company. Buyer beware.
