Have you been overcharged or double charged on your AdultFriendFinder Account?

Beware - i have!

Having paid a 3 month Silver membership subscription, AFF deducted 3 successive monthly amounts of $US19.90 each from my credit card (which I thought I had stopped their access to) while that Silver membership was running.

A month after the subscription expiry, they then deducted a further $US19.90 for a month's Silver membership, but did not give me access to the facilities that a Silver membership entitled me to.
On my drawing this to their attention, they refunded me $US39.80 only (thus admitting their error & liability) - just half of what they had overcharged me, & refuse to refund the balance.

If you have also had a bad experience, let me know. I will collate all the replies & take the matter further.
