Offered free cd, only to pay $2.99 for s&h, but then took $39.99 from my bank account

I ordered a free cd, only to pay $2.99 for s&h, they first took $1.00, then $1.99, then they took an additional $39.99, that I didn't authorize from my bank account. I tried to go online to get information on how to return the cd and get my money back, but their web site cannot be displayed.
