Supposed to take $1.00 for free CD, took $39.95 2620 S Maryland Parkway, Suite 969

In searching for grant info for schooling, I came across INE. They offered a free CD for $1.00 S/H. They took that from my checking account and then an additional $1.29 on that same day. About a week later, they took, $39.95 which I was not expecting and was alerted to it only when I found out my checking account was overdrawn. The bank charged me $29.00 for the overdraft on top of it! I am so angry with myself for opening myself up to this scam. Beware people.
