Scam artists send non requested tone

This company contacted a non authorized buyer and asked a question about our printers that went something like do you have an HP printer? She responded yes confirmed her identity and the conversation was over. They shipped a toner to her attention. We contacted this company repeatedly to request a return authorization. Calls were not returned. Eventually we requested a POD proof of delivery. It took them 6 months to send the proof of delivery. Buy then the toner was used.

On the 7th month, the collections agent or department started calling for payment.
