Lost in mail, shipping took a month, bad packaging, damaged goods and not the item ordered

I sent this company 200.00 dollas and paid 20.00 in shipping. After about 10 days I wrote the company an email stating the items were not here, I got no response. After about 20 days and still no response from numerous emails, I decided to call the United States Postal Service and they let me know that the package was sent to a recovery center because the address could not be read.

I gave them the right address and it was here in about four days. When the package arrived it was in a box about 18in x 18in. It was very small and was not a very sturdy box. I was expecting another box because the items requested were 2 hats and 5 pair of shoes. When opened the hats were very bent up and flat, one was not even the hat ordered. The shoes were all smashed up in the box, causeing the to be bent up.

I immediately wrote them to tell them the issues. Even though the shoes were very bent up with creases and dirty, I was only requested that they send the hat that was ordered and replace the other one that was bent out of shape. I got a quick response this time saying maybe the plane damaged them. It was no plane that damged these goods it was the packing, they were too cheap to put them in two boxes, or at least get a bigger box and put some paper, or bubble wrap in there too.
