Defective Notebook Cannot Be Returned After Multiple Part Replacements

Don't waste your money! Don't buy a notebook from dell-bought a defective one - unable to return! Ac adaptor, battery and mother board were replaced - I'm still having issues. They refuse to take it back. Don't know what else to do. Richard, the top guy in Dell according to Justin, the technician I last spoke with, said that richard is the only person that can make the call - to take it back, refuses to do so.
