Ebay, Auction Monster Unknowingly charged my account for something that didnt even work

I bought a disk off of ebay called auction monster and it said i only had to pay $1.87 for it and then they just recently charged my account $59.95. Now i had no idea that they were going to do this.
Now I am asking that my account be reimberised due to the fact there was nothing said at that time. If it is done then no further action will result from this.
