Pay Per Post
They took my money, WITHOUT providing the service I paid for.internet

Internet & Web

I paid for two separate bloggers to write about my company through Pay Per Post aka PPP. My payment cleared and was taken out of my bank account... But no posts were ever written. I didn't even get an email confirmation from them after the transactions were made (they say it was because I wasn't logged into my account, which was true for the first transaction... But I WAS logged in for the second ad I bought and didn't get one then either).

I sent a trouble ticket (these people don't have an email for phone number to call), and the response was basically 'we'll try to look into it, and let you know if we find out anything'.

As a small business owner, every dime of my marketing budget has to be put to good use. I could have spend the money taken by PPP and used it on blogads or smorty (two companies I highly recommend... Very efficient, great customer service). PPP is nothing but a scam.
