No phone number. Paid membership fee. Does not reply to email. Forgot my password

I opened my account in January '08. It was ok until Feb. 14th '08. On Feb 14th I couldn't get into my account because I lost my password. They sent me a new password and registration number that does not work. They have no phone number to contact and get help with the problem.
I paid for a 2 year membership and now I can't use it because I don't have a password to get into my account.
