Beware! Both ripoffs must be connected Never signed up with them took money even after being cancelled

I signed up with the Disney Movie Club and I guess all these websites are joined at the hip or something. After receiving 5 emails from websites I never signed up with, I called AND emailed them to cancel my "membership". They all responded, but these two said I would be hearing from them within a couple of days, and also said that I would be charged if matter was not settled by the 13th of Feb.

But on the 12th, my bank statement showed these two companies had taken their $1.00 introductory fee. I went online to see if I could contact them using the member # they supplied me with in their email. My membership # wasn't recognized... Am I cancelled or not?

I thought it was quite peculiar that the automated operators voice was the same on all 5 websites. And the form to dispute something with them was the exact same form. I never thought signing up with Disney would be so costly. Pray for me... I will NEVER buy anything on the internet again!
