Charging for Bogus Monthly Hosting Fee On Line Internet

I revieved an e-mail from a comapny claiming to have charged my bank account $49.90 for "Monthly Hosting", this is not the first time, I have been trying to track these charges down, they offer no way to get intouch with them. So subsequently I have had severa months of these charges, finally enterd IP Auctions into GOOGLE and this site popped up with one other claim.
I am going to my bank today to have my account closed out. I will try as suggested to get this months charge put back into my account.
