Charged my account the second time after I had canceled the previous month claiming I had not canceled

I had canceled a service and gotten charges to my account dropped in the month of May for $69.90 for a company list on my statement as DRI*REG.net (REGNETORD.Co mn us). A company I had never heard of before. I thought the problem was taken care of and finished.

In the month of June I had some things going on and did not keep track of my accounts as closely as possible and when I did check 2 weeks prior I had another charge on my account for $69.90 but with a different payee name TW/IP EAuction Salt Lake Ci Ut US (again a company I had never heard of before and I called to get the charges reversed and was told that I had not cancelled and the second months charges could not be refunded.

Can someone tell me how they can legally do this use 2 company names for the same tell a customer the service is canceled and refund money and then turn around charge the same amount as a different company and steal your money because they can claim you didn't cancel.

And the real kicker is that I had to look both company names up on the internet because I had never heard of either of them until there were charges on my account. As well as 3 or 4 other companies that charged smaller amounts during the same time periods both months all different companies and all refunded the charges as I had not requested their services.

For various reasons I cannot close the account that they are charging these fees to and not sure what to do other than to keep calling and getting refunds as I can't even do stop payments because I don't know who they will claim to be next time. If anyone has a suggestion I would be very interested in hearing about it.
