Do NOT buy here! They become the middle man they claim they are getting rid of

After you sign (and pay) you can't get any service. They point you to hundreds of catalogs and tell you to find it yourself. Or they let you use a very badly designed, extremely slow, time wasting website to search for products where you still might have to "visit your local showroom for pricing" which wastes even more time and resources like gas and wear and tear on your car.

And then when you do go into the showroom to ask for help they tell you to make an appointment for another day! It's exasperating!

I know because I have wasted hundreds of hours looking for things to buy and still haven't gotten my fees paid for in discounts they promised for over ten years now!

Who can buy from a catalog anyway? You take a risk of buying because they have a no return policy on anything you order so you better like it or else.

Also, they do not carry all products from the select companies they market. You may want something specific, but good luck getting it because it won't be there.

And then there's the surprise of the added markup on most products. They sell you on getting rid of the middle man and then become the middle man themselves!

They charge you S&H on everything and most things aren't even delivered to your house so guess what? You get to pay more in gas and time to go pick items up from the showroom!

The bottom line is that the discounts they promise you are only redirected to other costs that might let you end up with a product you like. When you add everything up, you probably get a better deal if you go to the regular store and find it, and it won't be so exhausting!
