This crook is selling AIR on eBay. Cuz that's what I got... Nothing. Takes the money and runs

This crook, who is selling under the eBay id: Applesauce_Mary, has managed in the past 10 days to rip off an unsuspecting 53 people. He sells Herbalife products, but never delivers. When I found his items on eBay, I checked his feedback, and it was actually acceptable. Out of over 500 feedbacks, there was only 1 negative. I used Buy it Now and purchased a quantity of two of his item at $18.50 per item ($37). Then I sat back and waited for my package to arrive. Well, much to my dismay, within 24 hours of my purchase and payment, this dirtbag made his feedback private, and the negatives starting rolling in. He now has 53 negative feedbacks, meaning he duped me and at least 52 others. His phone number of corse, is bogus. No longer in service. He was clever enough to remove his physical address, so I only have his town of Elk River, Minnesota, and the bogus phone number of 763-753-2862.

EBay and paypal let you think they are investigating, but that's a joke. I may as well kiss my money goodbye. If this guy sold the same item to 52 others, which I suspect he did, as it was a Dutch Auction, he's managed to ripoff almost $1000.00.

I know there's nothing that can be done. I even tried to contact Herbalife, and got nowhere there either. Apparently they could care less about some jerk out there screwing people using their product name and image. But venting on this site might make me feel better.
