They put unwanted charges on my phone bill, and caused my phone bill to start being sent to me by email. I didn't get my phone bill for two months, because my phone company didn't have the correct email address from esbi, and I ended up paying late fees, (plus the esbi fees), so they would not cut my phone service off. I am very mad, and I have no idea what esbi is, or what they do!
