Failed to ship order or refund money for orders not shipped, Cust Serv. Number not in service

I placed my order in December for a Dean Martin DVD boxset.By late January it was not shipped and I contacted the company via e-mail. They contacted me on January 18th and stated it was going to be delivered and expect a tracking number. As of February 5th, I have NOT recieved a confirmation number, Tracking number, or dvd's.

When I call customer support, there is a recording. Sounds like it is disconnected. The last e-mail from the to me was from an address of Tvaddict. Tv. The representatives name was Edna. I was charged for my order prior to shipment which is not normal especialy when they now say it's on backorder. Their website looks so honest and secure. Goes to show the old saying still holds true.

You cant judge a book (business) by it's cover (website).
