Billed my card never sent product

I ordered the set of Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts in December. My credit card was billed 97.72 — much more than the agreed-on price — and I was sent an e-mail that the item was on backorder (see below).

It is March 1 and I have not received any DVDs or notices that the item was not available and my credit card would be credited for the full amount. I have called: got a recording and left messages.

This was a birthday gift for my brother, who's been really good to me.

I want my card credited!!! These people are snake-oil salesmen.
