I signed up for this service feeling confident that I would be able to get a refund if I was not happy with the service. The boast a 30-money back guarantee, 24/7 on line chat help, 24/7 tech support. Unfortunatley, once they get your money there is absolutely no service provided. Phone calls to their 800 number go unanaswered... Ooops I forgot, one department does ALWAYS anser the phone... That would be the sales department. E-mails are routinely ignored, support tickets ignored, tech help... Non-exisitant. The alleged "live chat" support has not worked since the day I signed up. I contacted my charge card company to see if they had a phone number on file. The number submitted with the claim for payment is a disconnected number... Why was I not surprised about that!?
