Ripped me off! Charged my credit card $59.95 which I did not authorized

I Signed up with to received Free CDfor $1.87 which offered auctionmonster for free except for postage & handling fee of $1.87 on Jan. 12th. So I put my credit card info in authorizing a charge of $1.87. On Jan. 23 an unauthorized credit card charge of $59.95 showed up on my credit card statement. I called Auctionmonster but they won't help, said I didn't read the fine print authorizing them to charge my cc on a monthly basis. I called my credit card company and they said they would dispute it for me but if Auctionmonster won't accept the dispute they can charge it back to my credit card. Would appreciate any help you can offer.
