False warranty and rude service!

Rude and derogatory customer support. They don't regard genuine grievances, nor follow their reported promise. "We also assure that contacts is likely to be shipped free from any company problems or we shall change them at no extra price." I had been rudely recommended that anything was wrong with my attention after I recommended them of some faulty contacts. Our optometrist established that my eyes were healthful and also the lens.com provided contacts were faulty. They declined to supply a reimbursement and that I was informed by their consultant that within the ten years of support she's provided sheis never heard about a partial box of contacts being faulty... Additionally they did not bother addressing my preliminary e-mail, therefore if you've an issue you will need to contact them for support.
