Fraud and Copyright Infringement

Mr. Anderton hired us to create a web site for him to sell free travel certificates (that cost money) and pre-paid us by credit card. After his many requests for us to violate other web sites copyrights we finally fired him as a client. The web site was fully designed, presented, and accepted prior to our firing him. He requested a refund check that we provided withing 2 days. He then proceeded to refute the charge to the credit card thereby attempting to get multiple refunds.

We're still fighting it with the credit card company but I wanted to be sure that anyone who does business with this man be very careful as he is apt to defraud and steal from anyone he can.

We have recently found another fraud complaint against him and his whole family at the following site:. He and his family are all apparently defrauding people all over Tennessee and the US.

Beware of this family and specifically this individual. He either goes by Kenneth W. Anderton or Wayne Anderton.

The web site provided with this report is just one of his "enterprises".
