Paid $1200 for design of website. Jeff Packer never delivered site to me for offline storage and saving. Nickel and dime'd for things already paid for, such as request for copy of logo. I purchased service with agreement that I owned finished product, logo, image files, etc. Now, I have requested copy of site to move to another host, says he doesn't have it, though it is on his site as part of portfolio. Also requested copy of contract twice with no response. Next step, file suit in small claims court.
