Without authorization or solicitation, this company sends out "ties" and charges creditcards

I have never authorized or solicited this company. I read the owners response in usacomplaints.com, but did not see him offering anyone's money back. So, at the end of his "explanation" email he kept everyone in ripoff status. I reported his company to FBI internet crime status. He can "explain" it to them.
