Robert Silvia ripped me off for $315.00 for ebay auction #2127023962 Patina Mannequin.

Told many lies about it being shipped then e-mailed me and told me he never said he was going to ship my merchandise, and he never did, just cashed my money order, on 8/9/02 and deposited it into his bank.
Money order was deposited into Lafayette Federal Savings Bank Fall River. Ma. Acct #0029362563

I was left Negative Feedback by this scum-bag for the pleasure of being ripped off. He lied and said I paid late, even though my money order was mailed the same day the auction ended which was 7/31.
