Alumniclass Crap website wont let me delete the account I

Do not even attempt to sign up to this site! You wont know you have to pay 10 dollars to join until it's too late. Then they will parade your name on the websites front page like you actually joined. It's almost hilarious how the site works... Check this out, they tell you to sign in to your account to delete it... But you cant sign in until you throw 10 dollars at them. So they are basically holding my personal information for ransom. Wow. Anyway, I have emailed them 3 different times about removing my name from there site (I was very polite), and no response in the last week! But wait! There's more! I called them to get some help and i goes right to an answering machine. No call back, nothing. It's amazing the kind of service 10 dollars must get you.
